Ken Jr.'s Story
An accomplished student, avid reader, and talented athlete, Ken Pribil Jr. had an exciting and ambitious life ahead of him. At the age of 19, he was diagnosed with Angiosarcoma cancer and succumbed to his disease just 7 months later. Ken Jr. is remembered by his family and friends as a thoughtful young man who was wise beyond his years; someone who sought after the deeper meaning of life and was caring and generous in his ways.
The Ken Pribil Jr. Foundation was formed in his memory. Our Mission is to carry on the ideals demonstrated by Ken Jr. throughout his short life through sarcoma cancer research grants and annual college scholarships. As Ken Jr. was involved in the community and worked at the local Recreation Center, we aim to raise awareness for cancers of all types and remain involved in the communities in which we live. |
